PHYSICAL TRAINING:
Guided by our fitness trainers, we organize groups based on age and physical level, customizing the training sessions accordingly. We focus on developing essential physical qualities specific to tennis, such as agility, core strength, coordination, and reaction endurance throughout the week. In addition, through team games, we promote values like fair play, teamwork, and mutual support.
