  • Ideal for players looking for a 360° tennis progression
  • Full day formula, from Monday morning to Saturday noon (lunches included)

An essential program for young players looking to improve technically, tactically, and physically. Starting with personalized assessment, the week consists of a mix of training sessions, themed matches, and appropriate physical preparation. The coach will establish 2 or 3 objectives with the player for the week, which will conclude with an evaluation.

TENNIS : 

Players are grouped by level, with up to 4 players assigned to each coach and court. Whenever possible, we could arrange for two courts to be set up side by side to maximize playing time efficiency. The academy is always ready with well-prepared plans in case of bad weather. Each group receives continuous guidance from the same coach throughout the week, and the coach provides an end-of-week report for each player, which is distributed during the closing ceremony.

 
FITNESS TRAINING :

Guided by our fitness trainers, we organize groups based on age and physical level, customizing the training sessions accordingly. We focus on developing essential physical qualities specific to tennis, such as agility, core strength, coordination, and reaction endurance throughout the week. In addition, through team games, we promote values like fair play, teamwork, and mutual support.

Interactive learning in French during an intensive tennis week.

  • Perfect for combining intensive trainings and French language progress

This camp allows the players to gain confidence in themselves by exchanging throughout the week in an French environment. Optimal progress in tennis and 1h30 per day of bilingual immersion. Based on an individualized observation, the coach will alternate with his group work sessions, themed matches and adapted physical preparation. The coach will define with his player 2 or 3 objectives for the week which will end with an evaluation.

Our French classes are interactive workshops where kids engage in discussions focused on oral expression and comprehension themes. This approach emphasizes adaptability, open-mindedness, and leading to improve self-confidence and linguistic skills that quickly translate into proficiency.

Maximize your competition level while being supervised !

A perfect balance between playing tournaments and keep working hard in trainings

  • French license for tournaments created by the academy.
  • Follow-up and debriefing for 2 to 3 tournaments.
  • Daily intensive training adapted to the match schedule.
  • Open to all rankings during summer and subject to academy approval the rest of the year.

 

This program is designed for competitors, with alternating training sessions and official matches. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping and supporting the kids during tournaments to ensure their best performance. We handle all tournament logistics and provide debriefing after each match. It's an ideal way to elevate your competition level and boost your confidence as a match player.

TOURNAMENT FOLLOW-UP :

Our experienced coaches handle all the details, including transportation using our Academy mini-bus. After every match, we provide follow-up and debriefing for juniors, offering systematic post-game analysis and tailoring training accordingly.

Starting from an individualized observation the week is based on an alternation of work sessions, matches with themes of adapted physical preparation, mental preparation sessions and duo tennis sessions for a lightning progression !

TENNIS DUO :

Each player works in pairs with a dedicated coach, on a reserved field. This format allows ultra-personalized follow-up, offering optimized playing time and tailor-made technical advice. This approach ensures that players receive full attention, allowing them to progress quickly and significantly throughout the week.

Each duo is followed by the same coach all week, who delivers a detailed personalized report at the end of the week.

 

PHYSICAL TRAINING :

Guided by our fitness trainers, we organize groups based on age and physical level, customizing the training sessions accordingly. During the afternoons, a more customized work is done helping players to work on special aspects of the physical aspects they should work on. We focus on developing essential physical qualities specific to tennis, such as agility, core strength, coordination, and reaction endurance throughout the week. In addition, through team games, we promote values like fair play, teamwork, and mutual support.

 

MENTAL COACHING :

With 3 sessions during the week, the goal of these sessions to help the player understanding better what he needs to work on, explaining how the process could be set on his/her routine and highliting all the benefits he/she can get from it. Our mental coaches are working hand on hand with the players. More than introducing the concepts of mental coaching, they aim to let the players discovering it by themselves towards the week.

Ideal for technical training in both disciplines while having fun

GOLF :

Set at one of the most beautiful golf courses in France, this program is organized in collaboration with the International Golf of Cap d'Agde. Players who participate in golf lessons can enjoy practice on the driving range, supplemented by courses designed for more experienced players. The golf course is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the French Touch Academy facilities, and our team will ensure that all your needs are met through our shuttle system (Academy mini-bus).
